Museu do Traje de São Brás de Alportel, is dedicated to preserving and displaying the cultural, social, and historical heritage of the Algarve region. Opened in 1983, the museum is housed in a 19th-century manor house. The permanent exhibition focuses on traditional costumes from the region, showcasing rural and urban life in the Algarve during the 19th and 20th centuries. There are also temporary exhibitions covering various aspects of Portuguese culture, and the museum hosts cultural events throughout the year. The museum includes a pleasant garden and a tea room.
