What to expect on this Tour?

Our day begins with a visit to the stunning Lagoa do Fogo, where we admire the unique landscape created by volcanic nature. Next, we head to the Centro de Interpretação Ambiental da Caldeira Velha to learn more about the local biodiversity, and those interested can relax in the thermal waters. We continue our journey to the Plantação de Ananás dos Açores, where we discover the fascinating process of cultivating this emblematic fruit. Then, we visit the Observatório Vulcanológico e Geotérmico dos Açores, a space that reveals the volcanic phenomena that shaped the islands. Our next stop is Aromas das Ilhas, where we can purchase local and artisanal products, such as teas and liqueurs and enjoy a delicious and traditional meal. To end the day, we head to the Miradouro do Ilhéu de Rosto de Cão, where we enjoy a magnificent view of the ocean and this unique rock formation.
